SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Vornado Realty Trust here and Crescent Real Estate Equities, New York, have agreed to buy cold storage space suppliers Americold Corp. and URS Logistics.

The acquisitions would be made through a new venture that is 60% owned by Vornado and 40% by Crescent.
