PEMBROKE, N.H. — William Carter has joined Associated Grocers of New England here as bakery/deli purchasing manager. Carter reports to Richard Wheeler, vice president of wholesale merchandising and procurement. Previously, Carter worked for the Rich Products Corp., where he had been a technical specialist in the bakery/deli sales and service division. Carter succeeds Jim Allen, who resigned from the company.
