BOISE, Idaho -- Albertson's recently compared its roasted and fried chicken prices to those at Kentucky Fried Chicken, in an Austin unit. nd of potato salad, macaroni salad or coleslaw, and four buttermilk biscuits for $3.99. That offer was made in the division's ad circular as well. But the sign in the store window invited consumers to "compare with a price of $12.39 for a comparable dinner at KFC."
