ARLINGTON, Va. -- The American Meat Institute here announced this year's International Meat Merchandising Workshop will be held May 8 and 9 at the Chicago Hilton and Towers, immediately following the Washington-based Food Marketing Institute's Supermarket Industry Convention and Exposition. The workshop will focus on boxed meat programs and provide insight and discussion on how to improve meat operations through strategic partnerships, according to AMI.
