BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Bruno's here and Piggly Wiggly, Memphis, Tenn., announced plans to terminate the franchise agreement under which Bruno's has had the exclusive right to operate food stores under the Piggly Wiggly banner in certain portions of central and southern Georgia.
