WASHINGTON -- The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association brought its annual convention to the new Washington Convention Center here, where retailers met with manufacturers to see the latest new products and services in action. It was an event of monumental proportions, and a full slate of educational seminars on a wide range of subjects received winning votes from everyone.
