BURBANK, Calif. -- James Cardwell has been named president of Warner Home Video here, succeeding DVD pioneer Warren Lieberfarb, who left the company last month. In a corporate restructuring, Warner Home Video will now report to Alan Horn, president and chief operating officer, Warner Bros., said Barry Meyer, chairman and chief executive officer, Warner Bros.
