The Buffalo Chicken Platter features 20 white meat chicken strips basted in Chi-Chi's signature buffalo hot sauce. Accompanied by a side of cool ranch dressing, the platter is $14.99.

For $19.99, customers can order a Table Full of Tacos. This meal features a choice of crispy corn tortillas or soft flour tortillas and comes with seasoned beef, lettuce and tomatoes, and shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheeses to make eight tacos. Sides here are Spanish rice, refried beans, sour cream, and Chi-Chi's salsa and chips.

With the Lotta Enchiladas, customers can choose eight enchiladas stuffed with either chicken or beef, accompanied by sides of Spanish rice, refried beans, sweet corn cakes and Chi-Chi's salsa. This meal combination is priced at $24.99.

The Bravo Burritos meal offers a choice of six chicken or beef burritos topped with Chi-Chi's own spicy Mexi-Sauce and melted cheeses. The meal also costs $24.99 and includes side dishes of Spanish rice, refried beans, sweet corn cakes and Chi-Chi's salsa.

Finally, the Fajita Fiesta is a slightly larger spread capable of feeding a family of up to six. The meal includes both grilled steak and chicken accompanied by sauteed peppers and onions and other toppers like tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Completed by sides of Spanish rice and tortillas in plain flour and jalapeno cheddar, the Fiesta is priced at $39.99.

"The goal is to continue building our loyal guest base by improving brand awareness through our Web site, supermarket retail sales of our products, our newly remodeled restaurants and this new entry," Katapski said.

Chi-Chi's is already established in the retail market, with its own line of flour and corn tortillas; taco shells; dry taco seasoning; several salsa options, in various degrees of heat; refried, fat-free refried and pinto beans; diced and whole green chiles and red or green jalapenos; and an array of specialty sauces like picante, taco, hot pepper, salsa con queso, and salsa verde.
