Webvan Group's pro forma net sales figure for the year ended Dec. 31, 2000, was $259.7 million, according to the company. This figure includes the results of HomeGrocer for the entire year, even though Webvan did not acquire HomeGrocer until September. The net sales figure for Webvan was stated incorrectly in the Feb. 19 issue of SN.
