A story accompanying the article "A New Switch for Pain?" in the Jan. 10 issue of Supermarket Pharmacy contained some incorrect information on the sales of low-dose aspirin. It should have stated that unit sales of aspirin and aspirin-combination products for the year ended in October 1993 were down 8% in food stores, according to Towne-Oller & Associates, New York. Xero-Lube, a dry-mouth remedy recommended second most frequently by supermarket pharmacists, is a product of Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Canton, Mass., not Scherer, as reported in the March 7 OTC Survey.
