MADISON, Wis. -- Children and parents using the services of Head Start and other community agencies throughout the United States are learning about the benefits of eating more vegetables, under a program funded by the Canned Vegetable Council here.

Teachers use the packet, lesson plans and games to give the children fun ways to learn about vegetables and shopping.
