LAS VEGAS -- At an early-morning meeting during the Video Software Dealers Association convention, July 8 to 11 here, about 120 people gathered for the third annual Supermarket Video Issues Breakfast. Sponsored by Warner Home Video, Burbank, Calif., and co-hosted by the VSDA, Encino, Calif., and SN, it drew a record crowd, including retailers, suppliers and distributors. The event is believed to be the only regularly scheduled supermarket video-specific meeting in the industry.
