HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- The Eastern Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association here will hold a daylong seminar on prepared foods and alternative meals solutions Feb. 18 at the Holiday Inn/Jetport in Newark, N.J. tabletop exhibits, as well as seminars on rotisserie foods and specialty sandwiches and one on meal preparation and presentation that will feature four chefs. Margins and bottom lines will be discussed in the seminars, Spira said.
