Panelists will include Chuck Zirilli, deli-bakery director at Super Fresh, a Florence, N.J.-based division of A&P, Montvale, N.J.; Nick Lacatena, senior vice president at Nicholas Markets/Foodtown, Haledon, N.J.; and a representative from Quick Chek, a convenience-store chain headquartered in Whitehouse Station, N.J.

Representatives from Hudson Foods, Kontos Foods and the New Jersey Department of Health have also been invited to participate in the panel discussion.
