HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- The Eastern Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association has scheduled two hands-on workshop seminars here on Sept. 21 at the Hasbrouck Heights Sheraton Hotel.

The deli seminar is titled "Creative Merchandising Alternatives to Prepared Food," and the bakery seminar is "Merchandising Trends in the In-Store Bakery." Videos filmed during the sessions will be shown at the EDDA Taste Show and Exhibition in October at the Raritan Center in Edison, N.J.
