HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- The Eastern Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association had record attendance as well as a record number of exhibitors at its 25th-annual Taste Show & Exhibition last month.

Spira attributed much of the continued success of the annual Taste Show & Exhibition to EDDA's volunteer team. "Everything, from planning to hosting to actual work in the backroom on the refrigeration equipment, is done by volunteers from our membership," Spira said, adding that the 50-member show committee would welcome more volunteers.
