PHOENIX - More than 500 attendees, including 125 representatives from retailers, packed the Food Marketing Institute's 27th annual Energy & Technical Services Conference, held Sept. 10-13 here at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa. FMI considers this its most successful educational conference, with attendance growing 25% over the past two years.
