These products are designed specifically for no-fat or reduced-fat foods. They contain no MSG, HVP or salt, making them ideal for processors striving for a "clean" label.

"The blends utilize natural fruit flavors, vegetables and spices to create the taste sensations that may have been lost or reduced through reformulation," said Debbie Diethrich, marketing coordinator. "They can be used in condiments and snacks as well as prepared foods, including meat, poultry and seafood."
