Request Names Marketing VP
est Foods here has appointed John Flood to the new post of vice president of sales and marketing.
Flood directs the continuing development of branded product lines for the frozen-food processor's home-meal replacement and retail markets. He also oversees the company's sales and marketing of prepared entrees, side dishes and specialty items for private-label, institutional and food-service clients. He reports directly to Jack DeWitt, president and chief executive officer.
Flood comes to Request Foods after eight years with Bil-Mar Foods, a division of Sara-Lee, where he served most recently as vice president of deli. He is currently on the board of directors of the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association, Madison, Wis.
