Riser Names Food-Service Manager
er Foods here has appointed Lou Catalani food-service operations manager, a new position.
He was manager of food courts at Super Kmart Centers, Troy, Mich.
In his new post, Catalani reports to Fred DiQuattro, director of deli, bakery, seafood and food service at Riser, which operates 39 Rini-Rego Supermarkets. Catalani's initial responsibility will be putting together a process improvement team that will analyze each program in Riser's food courts. Five of the chain's stores have food courts and more are planned, DiQuattro said.
