Gerber Names Sector President
Products Co. here has named Michael Lawton president of baby care.
He succeeds Lou Ammirati, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Reporting directly to Al Piergallini, president and chief executive officer, Lawton is responsible for developing the strategic direction of Gerber's baby care business and maximizing profitability.
Lawton worked as interim president of Alima-Gerber, Gerber's baby food subsidiary in Poland, prior to assuming his present position.
