P&C Appoints Deli Director
Food Markets here has named Mark Henderson director of deli operations.
He succeeds Bob Duhoski, who has left the company. Henderson most recently was meat-deli-seafood specialist for the company's operations in the eastern part of New York state. In his new post, Henderson reports to Dick Peschke, vice president of merchandising. The 63-unit P&C Food Markets is a division of Penn Traffic Co. here.
