Baking Institute Appoints VP
ll D. Brensing, vice president of education at the American Institute of Baking here, will retire as of July 1, and Kirk O'Donnell, director of bread and rolls production, will step into Brensing's position.
Brensing joined the AIB in 1977 as director of education. In 1981, he was named vice president of education.
O'Donnell has been the AIB's director of bread and rolls production since 1991. Prior to that, he was with H.E. Butt Grocery Co., San Antonio, where he rose from management trainee to bakery plant manager.
