Flynn, with more than 25 years' experience in the industry, has spent 11 of those years as director of bakery for various supermarket chains. Most recently, he was bakery director at Buttrey Food & Drug, Great Falls, Mont. He was with that company for two years.
At Baker's, the responsibilities of bakery director had been handled by assistant director of bakery Dan Koch has left the company.
In his new post, Flynn reports to George Kapalczynski, vice president of food service, for the 23-unit chain.
