Sales and marketing are now separate departments, with sales headed by vice president Steve Evans, and two directors appointed to new positions in marketing, according to a statement from the company. The new directors are Wayne Phillips and Rick Fenley, who will serve as directors of marketing-retail and marketing-food service, respectively, reporting to vice president of marketing Tom McLaughlin.

The new sales department directors, reporting to Steve Evans, include Gus LeBois, director of retail sales, responsible for retail broiler, roaster, cornish, turkey, and prepared foods accounts, as well as efforts for new retail consumer products; Chris Barnes, director of specialty sales, in charge of private-label, fast food, new product introductions and local distribution-based sales; and Jack Tatem, director of wholesale and industrial sales, overseeing the wholesale bulk pack broilers, roasters, cornish, turkey and prepared foods sales as well as industrial business segments.
