Penn Traffic Co., Syracuse, N.Y., said it has named Roy M. Flood senior vice president/general manager of Big Bear Stores, Columbus, Ohio, a Penn Traffic division. Flood has more than 20 years experience with Big Bear and Penn Traffic. He has previously been vice president for sales and merchandising at P&C Foods, also Syracuse, another Penn Traffic operation; executive vice president for sales and merchandising at Big Bear; and president of P&C. Most recently, he was a consultant for Penn Traffic.
