Foods, a 48-unit supermarket chain here, has named Ron Williams director of bakery.
Williams was director of bakery operations at O'Malia Food Markets/O'Malia Bakery, Carmel, Ind. He was there seven and a half years. Williams now reports to Tammy Jerry, vice president of perishables, for the chain.
Williams is filling a position made vacant by the transfer of the former bakery director to a position elsewhere in the company. The chain declined to give further details.
Spunkmeyer Names Folkers
SAN LEANDRO, Calif. -- Otis Spunkmeyer, the producer of premium cookie dough and other frozen dough and prebaked products based here, has named Nancy Folkers director of new product development, a new position.
Folkers was manager of new business development at Nancy's Specialty Foods, Newark, Calif. She was there for five and half years.
