GROCERY MANUFACTURERS OF AMERICA, WASHINGTON, said it has named Peter Cleary manager of public policy communications. He succeeds Brian Sansoni, who left to become vice president, communications and education, Soap and Detergent Association, Washington. Previously, Cleary, was a reporter for Investor's Business Daily.
