President Resigns at ACP
n has resigned as president of the Chicago-based Association of Coupon Professionals.
The announcement, made at ACP's annual fall conference here last month, came in conjunction with Perrin's resignation as executive vice president at NCH Promotional Services, Schaumburg, Ill., to become vice president of strategy and external communications at NCH's sister company, ACNielsen, also based in Schaumburg. In this new position, Perrin will work with ACNielsen's global communication network.
ACP has named Diane DuBois, manager of Nestle USA, Glendale, Calif., as acting president, and Richard T. McNally, senior vice president of Pennsylvania Food Merchants, Camp Hill, Pa., as acting vice president. Perrin remains on ACP's board.
C&S Appoints Senior VP
BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -- C&S Wholesale Grocers, a wholesaler and distributor of grocery products, has named Bob Palmer senior vice president of procurement. It is a new position.
Palmer oversees the procurement of all grocery and frozen products.
Prior to joining C&S in 1986, Palmer worked for four years as a buyer and five years as a retail store manager at Albertson's Southco division in Florida and Alabama. He most recently served as vice president of procurement.
