Nash Names Executive VP
Finch Co. here said last week Jack A. Haedicke has been named executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer, a new position.
Haedicke, 46, is responsible for all finance, human resources and market research functions and reports to Ron Marshall, president and chief executive officer.
Reporting to Haedicke is John Scherer, vice president and chief financial officer, and Brian Numainville, director of market research. The post of vice president of human resources is currently vacant.
Haedicke was vice president and chief operating officer of OneSource, a division of C&S Wholesale Grocers, Brattleboro, Vt., which provides third-party warehousing and consolidation services. Earlier in his career he was vice president for finance of the Efficient Consumer Response division of Kraft Foods.
Tom Thumb Taps District VP
HOUSTON -- Tom Thumb Food & Pharmacy, a division of Randall's Food Markets here, said Gale Barron has been named district vice president for the company's Tom Thumb and Simon David stores in the Carrolton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Gainesville, Irving and Grapevine areas.
Barron reports to Larry Shedenhelm, group vice president of operations for the Dallas/Fort Worth markets.
He succeeds Doug Woodson, who has been named group vice president of Randall's Houston/Austin operations.
