responsibilities. The company also said it has named Steve Hastings executive vice president, operations, and David Montoya executive vice president and chief merchandising officer.

Camellia Food Stores, Norfolk, Va., said it has named Dan Geraty president and chief operating officer. Geraty will continue to be a member of the board. Previously, he was director of new stores, Wal-Mart Supercenters. He succeeds and will continue to report to Guy Sykes, vice chairman and chief executive officer.

Food Industry Crusade Against Hunger, Washington, said Michael Donkis, president and chief executive officer, would resign his post, effective in October. Donkis has accepted a position with Endeavor, a Los Angeles-based entertainment-industry company, but will remain with FICAH on a part-time basis until a successor has been chosen. He had been in his post for eight years. A search committee has been formed to select a new president. It is headed by Robert Emmons, FICAH chairman.
