Pathmark Taps Two VPs, Director
Stores here has named three executives to new positions.
Art Whitney, formerly vice president of grocery merchandising, was named vice president of grocery and frozen food. He is responsible for the strategic planning, sales, merchandising and purchasing functions of grocery and frozen food. He reports to Ron Rallo, executive vice president of sales and merchandising.
Pat Sibblies, who was vice president of frozen food merchandising, has been appointed vice president of grocery and frozen food purchasing. She now has responsibility for the purchasing and category management functions of the grocery and frozen food departments.
Pat Longo, the former director of grocery purchasing, was tapped as director of sales and merchandising for grocery and frozen food. Longo is now responsible for the sales and advertising programs in the grocery and frozen food departments.

Buyer Appointed at Ro-Jack's
MANSFIELD, Mass. -- Ro-Jack's Food Stores here has named Edward A. Wogan grocery, dairy and frozens buyer.
In this new position, Wogan assumes the duties of Steve Hagopian, president, who was also the grocery buyer, and Robert Hagopian, vice president, who was the dairy and frozen foods buyer. The Hagopians will now concentrate on the administrative functions in the company.
