California Group Names CEO
California Milk Advisory Board has named Adri G. Boudewyn chief executive officer. He succeeds Ralph A. Watts, who is retiring after holding the position since 1981.
Boudewyn had been the board's director of communications for 11 years.
The board, which celebrated its 25th anniversary this year, is a marketing organization that conducts generic advertising, promotion and research for milk and other dairy products. Its operating budget of $23 million is derived through contributions from some 2,200 dairy families in California.
TriFoods Names Southeast Manager
POMFRET CENTER, Conn. -- TriFoods International here has named Robert Drackett southeast regional manager, a new position.
Drackett will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and is responsible for all retail sales in the region, which runs from North Carolina to Florida. He reports to Kevin Keenan, vice president of retail sales.
Previously, he was perishables sales manager for the Miami area at Dulin Inc., Fort Lauderdale.
TriFoods develops and sells innovative food products using patented cuts of beef, pork and poultry through the retail and food-service trades.
Fleischmann Creates New Posts
PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Fleischmann Co., a unit of Nabisco here, has named Michele Buck director of new business and John P. Holmberg business director. Both are newly created positions.
Buck is responsible for new business development and commercialization. She was previously senior brand manager for desserts and dairy product at Kraft General Foods, Glenview, Ill. She reports to Jim Goldman, category director of eggs and new business.
Holmberg is responsible for marketing of Fleischmann's and Move Over Butter base businesses. He had been senior product manager for Egg Beaters, a Fleischmann product line. He reports to Pat Fiorello, category director at Fleischmann.
