Finneran was vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Dominion Energy here.

The company also named Joseph F. Perugini to the new position of vice president of internal audit. Perugini was the corporate audit manager for Lowe's Co. in North Carolina. He reports to Belknap.

Stop-N-Shop Announces Promotions

CHESTERLAND, Ohio -- Russo's Stop-N-Shop here has announced several promotions. Dave Dodge , previously manager of the Chagrin Falls store, has been named to the new position of supervisor of store operations, effective Sept. 1.

Dodge reports to Sal Anthony Russo, president.

The company also promoted Scott Bugelski from manager to general manager of the Cleveland Heights store, effective Oct. 1. He will report to Dodge. John Churchill was named general manger of the Chagrin Falls store, effective Oct. 1, and also will report to Dodge.

Albertson's Promotes Execs

BOISE, Idaho -- Albertson's here said it has made the following management promotions:

Pete J. Van Helden has been named vice president of corporate integration. He was previously vice president of the Florida division. Van Helden reports to senior vice president Steven D. Young. Van Helden was succeeded by Wayne A. Dennigham, previously vice president of the Rocky Mountain division. He also reports to Young.

Dennigham has been succeeded by Brian G. Murty, who was previously director of operations in the southern California division.

Archer Heads Roundy's Division

PEWAUKEE, Wis. -- Roundy's here said Michael Archer has been named president of the wholesaler's Milwaukee division. That position has been vacant since the promotion of Ralph Beketic to corporate vice president. Archer was formerly general manager of the Milwaukee division. The company said no successor will be named. Archer will continue to report to Beketic.

Elevates Two

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. -- Schultz Sav-O Stores here has promoted Bill Jacobson to senior vice president of retail operations and development and Wayne Wiertzema to director of store engineering and real estate, the company said.

Jacobson, who began with the company as a store manager in 1975, was previously the head the retail operations for corporate and franchise affairs. In his new position, he will be responsible for site evaluations, communication with developers and wholesale customer recruitment, the company said.

Wiertzema was previously manager of store engineering. His new responsibilities include lease negotiations and real estate transactions.

Barnes Made VP at Harris Teeter

MATTHEWS, N.C. -- Harris Teeter here said Ted Barnes has been promoted to vice president of real estate, responsible for all real estate development, leasing, management and research functions for the 144-unit chain. Barnes, who previously was director of real estate, reports to Fred T. Morgenthall, president of Harris Teeter, a division of Ruddick Corp., Charlotte, N.C.

Harrell Joins Camellia Board

NORFOLK, Va. -- Camellia Food Stores here said James Bertram (Bert) Harrell has been elected to the board of directors. Harrell is the son of James L. Harrell III, a principal shareholder of Camellia Food Stores, which the Harrell family founded 58 years ago. Bert Harrell has worked in the company's distribution center and, as operations manager, supervised the chain's Junior Market Convenience Stores.
