VP, Unit President Appointed at Gerber
Co. here has named Patrick Doyle vice president and general manager for baby food, a new post.
In this position, Doyle oversees the marketing efforts of the company's U.S. baby food business. He reports to Debra-Kelly Ennis, senior vice president of marketing.
Doyle joined Gerber in 1991 as finance manager -- international. In 1993 he was named vice president and general manager for Canada.
In another move, Gerber has named Martin Lasher president of Gerber Canada, also a new post. He is responsible for the company's sales and marketing efforts in the Canadian market. He reports to Al Piergallini, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Gerber.
Prior to this assignment, Lasher was director of corporate planning.
Before joining Gerber, Lasher held several domestic and international finance and planning positions with Sara Lee, PepsiCo and Tambrands.
