Dorothy Lane Adds Merchandiser
ne Market here has appointed Donna Howell to the new position of deli-bakery merchandiser.
She was deli-bakery supervisor. Howell joined the company nine years ago as a part-time deli clerk.
In her new post, she reports to Tom Winter, director of merchandising and advertising for the two-unit upscale independent.
Price Chopper Names Folos Bakery Director
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Price Chopper Supermarkets here has named Jim Folos to director of bakery operations. Folos, most recently manager of bakery for the 81-unit chain, joined the company in 1993. Prior to that, his experience included 35 years in the retail grocery business in merchandising and operations positions. He will not be replaced as manager of bakery. Responsibilities associated with that title will be included in his new position.
