Albertson's Midwest region, Melrose Park, Ill., said last week Greg Josefowicz, its president, had resigned and left the company. Albertson's Midwest region consists of Jewel-Osco food and drug stores and Osco drug stores in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin. Albertson's said his successor is Pete Van Helden, who has been with Albertson's since 1978 and was previous senior vice president, operations, Jewel-Osco.

Fleming Cos., Oklahoma City, said last week Terry Carr has been named president of the wholesaler's Geneva, Ala., division. Carr was previously group vice president, sales, for the general merchandise department in the company's corporate office.
