Henry Joins Winn-Dixie as VP, Marketing

Former Wild Oats CFO Joins Noodles & Co.
BOULDER, Colo. -- Noodles & Co., a 31-restaurant casual dining chain based here, said last week it has named Mary Beth Lewis its chief financial officer, beginning Oct. 29. Previously, Lewis was CFO for Wild Oats Markets here from 1992 until earlier this year, a period in which the company grew from eight stores in two states to 109 stores in 22 states.
