NEW HERSHEY TEAM
-- Changes have been made to the executive team at Hershey Foods Corp. here recently.
Don Mastrorocco has been named vice president, quality and regulatory compliance. Mastrorocco most recently served as plant manager at Stuarts Draft, Va., and will report directly to Bill Christ, executive vice president and chief operations officer.
Also, these appointments have been made:
Wynn A. Willard has been named senior vice president, chief marketing officer, a new positio, with marketing responsibility for the company's U.S. confectionery business. He will also have responsibility for Hershey's Chocolate World visitors center and for consumer and trade research.
Frank Cerminara was appointed senior vice president, chief financial officer.
Robert M. Reese is now senior vice president, public affairs, general counsel and secretary.
Marcella K. Arline is now vice president, human resources. She was vice president, quality and regulatory compliance, and will now report directly to Richard H. Lenny, president and chief executive officer, Hershey Food Corp.
