HAGGEN'S BROWN NAMED VP OF CENTER STORE
s promoted Scott Brown to vice president of Center Store.
Brown joined Haggen in 1982 and has held numerous positions, including merchandising specialist, director of grocery marketing and, most recently, director of Center Store.
Haggen operates 29 supermarkets and a stand-alone pharmacy in Washington and Oregon under the Haggen Food & Pharmacy and TOP Food & Drug names.
ALIMENA NAMED VP, SUPPLY CHAIN, AT SNAPPLE
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Snapple Beverage Group has appointed Marc Alimena to vice president, supply chain.
He will be responsible for managing the manufacturing and distribution networks, third-party logistic providers and material management. He will also be in charge of the field quality organization for Snapple Beverage Group's entire beverage portfolio, which includes Snapple, Mistic, Nantucket Nectars, Orangina, Stewart's and Yoo-hoo.
In his last position as director, product commercialization, Alimen coordinated the development and implementation of new products for all SGB brands.
FIELDBROOK PROMOTES MANGINE, MASOOD
DUNKIRK, N.Y. -- Fieldbrook Food Corporation, maker of Fieldbrook Farms Ice Cream, has appointed Anthony Mangine sales administration manager.
Fieldbrook also reports that Jim Masood has joined the company as vice president and regional sales manager.
