President Appointed For Kroger Michigan Bruce Lucia has been named president of the Michigan Kroger Marketing Area. Lucia had been interim executive vice president of the Michigan KMA since last September. Prior to that, he was vice president of merchandising for the Columbus, Ohio, KMA.
