Kong Joins South Beach Coffee CO.
h Beach Coffee Co. has announced the appointment of Karen Kong to the newly created position of marketing manager.
Prior to joining South Beach she held positions at Project Destiny Magazine in Cooper City, Fla., and at Republic Bank in Trinidad and Tobago.
South Beach Coffee Co. is a roaster, retailer and wholesaler of high-quality coffees, which are sold through its specialty sales department and direct marketing business to supermarkets and other retailers.
Zoller Named Winemaker AT Meridian
PASO ROBLES, Calif. -- Chuck Ortman, founding winemaker for Meridian Vineyards, announced the promotion of Signe Zoller to the position of winemaker.
Zoller, formerly director of central coast winemaking, will oversee and be responsible for all winemaking at Meridian Vineyards winery here.
She has served as a board member of both the Santa Barbara County Vinters' Association and the American Society for Encology and Viticulture, and as chairman of the board of the Paso Robles Vinters and Growers Association.
