Baker's Aid Adds Assistant VPs
Kalish and Tom Oldham have been named assistant vice presidents of supermarket equipment for Baker's Aid Group, based here. They are new positions.
Oldham, a nine-year company veteran, was regional sales director. Kalish joined Baker's Aid from M&E Manufacturing Co., Kingston, N.Y. Both report to Tom Daniel, executive vice president.
Baker's Aid Group, which includes Baker's Aid Equipment, manufactures and markets bakery equipment and Charles Dennery Co. icings and fillings, as well as DCA bakery mixes to the retail and supermarket bakery industry.
Bake Rite Foods Appoints CEO
OKLAHOMA CITY -- L. Dan Thompson has been named president and chief executive officer of Bake Rite Foods here, a manufacturer of edible fats and oils.
Thompson was president and chief executive officer of Lou Ana Foods, Opelousas, La. He succeeds David Calvert, who had been serving as president and will continue with Bake Rite as senior adviser.
