Genuardi's Family Markets, Norristown, Pa., said it has named Rosemarie B. Greco, Edward S. Dunn and David Gundling to its board, the first time directors have been chosen from outside the organization. Greco is the former president and chief executive officer of CoreStates Bank and current interim president of the Philadelphia Private Industry Council. Dunn was previously president of Harris Teeter, Charlotte, N.C. Gundling is president and chief executive officer, Hagemeyer Foods North America, the U.S. branch of a Netherlands-based distribution company.
