SPAR Group, Tarrytown, N.Y., a marketing services company, said last week it has named Jack W. Partridge to its board. Partridge is currently president of Jack W. Partridge & Associates, Cincinnati, a consulting firm. Previously he was vice chairman and chief administrative officer at Grand Union Co. Earlier, he worked at Kroger Co., rising to group vice president, corporate affairs, in his 23-year career with the company.
