SCHULTZ SAV-O STORES, SHEBOYGAN, WIS., said James H. Dickelman has retired. Dickelman worked for Schultz for 26 years, the past 14 as president and chief executive officer, the past 12 as chairman.

o succeed Dickelman as president and CEO.

Walter G. Winding 3rd, currently an independent Schultz director, was named chairman. Winding is the owner, president and CEO of Winding & Co., a consulting firm specializing in closely held enterprises.

Michael Hauser, currently Schultz executive vice president and chief marketing officer, has added the newly created title of vice chairman.

Armand C. Go, currently vice president, treasurer and chief accounting officer, will succeed Winn as vice president, CFO and secretary, as well as remaining treasurer.

FLEMING, DALLAS, said last week Jim Lukens has been named president of the company's Oklahoma division. Previously, Lukens was vice president, sales, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Brattleboro, Vt.

STOP & SHOP, BOSTON, said last week Thomas Hippler has been named vice president, real estate law. Previously, Hippler was a partner at the law firm of Sherin & Lodgen, Boston, where he served as chair of the real estate group and a member of the management committee.
