AFFI Names New Manager
American Frozen Food Institute here has named former congressional aide Michele Jacobs to the position of manager of communications. In her new role, she helps implement AFFI's communications plan, including membership communications, media relations, public and trade relations, and issue advocacy. She replaces Chris Krese, who had been promoted to director of communications at AFFI.
ConAgra Names New Executives
ConAgra has named the following executives:
David Britt, to the new position of vice president of retail sales. He reports to Jim Smith, president.
David Dobronski, to the newly created position of vice president of specialty channels. He reports to Dean Hollis, president of ConAgra Specialty Foods.
Donald Radentz, to the new position of director of facilities engineering. He reports to Larry Holder, vice president of engineering.
Glen Richardson, to the new position of vice president of special poultry sales. He reports to Mike Harrision, vice president of poultry operations.
Stephanie Saferstein, to the newly created position of director of consumer affairs. She reports to Mark Strominger, vice president of marketing development.
Scott Simpson, to the position of vice president of retail trade marketing. He reports to David Britt.
In addition, Phil Smith has joined ConAgra foods as vice president of poultry specialty sales in the industrial sales department. He reports to Glen Richardson.
