Prior to joining the company, Stenner was employed by Maple Leaf Bakery, Des Plaines, Ill., as corporate quality-assurance manager.

Flowers Names Holder

THOMASVILLE, Ga. -- Flowers Bakeries, the super-regional baker of breads based here, has appointed Richard Holder executive vice president of Flowers Baking Company of Jamestown (North Carolina). He will direct the bakery's sales operations in North Carolina and eastern South Carolina and will report to Dale Mull, president, whom he replaces.

Prior to this, Holder held an identical position at a Flowers subsidiary, Shipley Baking Company, Fort Smith, Ark. He joined Flowers in 1979 as a salesman and assumed positions of increasing responsibility during his 20-year tenure.

Bunge Foods Names Senior VP

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. -- Bunge Foods Group has appointed Kenneth G. Neal senior vice president of bakery sales and marketing, a new position created as the result of restructuring. He is responsible for the national sales and marketing efforts for the company's bakery mixes and frozen doughs, as well as all research and development activities supporting that business. He reports to Paul Friedman, general manager of Bunge Foods Group.

Prior to this, Neal was senior vice president of bakery sales for U.S. bakery operations at Maple Leaf Foods, where he was responsible for building that company's in-store bakery sales of specialty breads and other frozen products. He started his career at McCain Foods in Canada.
