Medina, Worldwide Water Division president for Danone Group, has temporarily assumed direct responsibility for all North American Water Operations, HOD and retail. This is intended to streamline the integration process of all Danone's North American Water companies, with focus on the United States.

ring his career, Neuwirth has served as the president of several companies within the automotive industry.

Also, Steven L. Murphy will join the company as chief operating officer. Murphy was previously with the World Wide Parts and Accessories Co. with extensive experience in operations.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Miller Brewing Co. here has named Michael J. Hennick marketing communications director. Hennick will be responsible for internal and external communications supporting Miller's brands, marketing and sales programs.

Hennick joined Miller Brewing Co. in 1998 as an internal communications executive producer. He has also handled marketing communications for Miller's sports properties and various brands. Since 1995, he has headed the international communications department.

BOULDER, Colo. -- Frontier Natural Products here has named Stephen B. Hughes chief executive officer. Hughes is a 20-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, most recently serving as CEO and president of Celestial Seasonings. Hughes has also held executive management positions at Tropicana Dole Beverages North America, Healthy Choice, and McCormick and Co.

Rick Stewart, who founded the company in 1976, resigned as CEO in December 1999. Tony Bedard, who has been acting CEO since Stewart resigned, will resume his previous role as vice president of operations.
