He was vice president of information services with Quality Food Centers, Bellevue, Wash. He reports to Pam Knous, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- D&W Food Centers here has appointed John Cromer vice president of information technology and Tom Combs vice president of operations, both new positions.
